I spent some time at sea, away from all the world

When I think about my friends’ kids and the earth and tomorrow
Let’s use it all up now until there’s nothing left to borrow
All that patriotic bullshit just continues to ring hollow
And now we’ve got ourselves a great catastrophe
We’ve turned the clock right back to 1933
